America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms (Forbes) Forbes has partnered with market research firm Statista for the eighth straight year to determine America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms, comprised of companies that specialize in filling executive-level openings with salaries of at least $100,000.
The ranking is based largely on survey responses from more than 9,300 recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and employees with recent experience working with a recruiting firm. Those results were then combined with last year’s survey responses, which were given a lower weighting. The 150 companies with the highest scores made the final list.
